Bill White Legal Defense Fund

Bill White, founder of the American National Socialist Workers' Party, was taken into custody by the FBI at approximately 5:00PM EST on Friday October 17th. A search warrant was also executed on his residence on this date. This move came just days after the government seized the servers hosting his web site, Overthrow.com, in order to shut it down.

Since then, an indictment has been handed down from Chicago charging Bill White with obstruction of justice and "intimidation of a juror" in the case of Matt Hale, which has been over for nearly 4 years. The prosecution will likely stack the charges against him and he faces many years in prison if convicted.

Despite his portrayl in the mainstream media, Bill White's friends and associates know him to be a gentle and generous family man who is well regarded within his community.

While he posted many controversial statements to his web site over the years, he lived a law-abiding, straight-laced lifestyle devoted to his family and his business.

As a result of his incarceration, Bill's wife and infant daughter have been left without a means of financial support, and he is facing a costly legal challenge in Chicago that has already left the White family in shambles. The White community should step up to the plate and lend a helping hand to Bill White and his family in this time of need.

Let us make a concerted effort to prevent this railroading before it is too late.

If we allow the government to do this to Bill White, we pave the way for them to do it to every American who loves freedom, regardless of their political and ideological persuasion.
